UK Actor and TV Celebrity, Charley Boorman to lead Australian motorbike expeditions


English TV Adventurer and Motorbike Enthusiast, Charley Boorman is excited to ride down under in 2013 with Compass Expeditions

Compass Expeditions is excited to announce that Charley Boorman, along with his good friend and manager, Billy Ward, will be leading two motorcycle tours within Australia in February and March 2013.

Both tours are 10 days in length.  The first ride, Sydney to the Outback, will depart Wednesday, 6 February - travelling via the Blue Mountains, Broken Hill, Flinders Ranges and the Great Ocean Road before finishing in Melbourne on Friday, 15 February. The second ride, Tasmania and the High Country, will begin in Melbourne on Monday, 25 February.  The tour begins with a crossing to Tasmania and then returns to Melbourne before riding the spectacular Victorian High Country and the Snowy Mountains.  This ride finishes on Wednesday, 6 March.

"We are very excited to have Charley lead our groups on both these rides," says Compass Expeditions co-founder Mick McDonald.
