PARKROYAL Darling Harbour Appoints Matthew Hurt as Restaurant Manager of ABODE



PARKROYAL Darling Harbour, Sydney is pleased to announce the appointment of Matthew Hurt as Restaurant Manager of ABODE Bistro & Bar, located at PARKROYAL Darling Harbour, Sydney.

Having worked in the hospitality industry for four years both in Australia and the UK, Matthew brings to the role enthusiasm, knowledge and passion.

Prior to his role at ABODE Bistro & Bar, Matthew held the position of Assistant Manager at one of Australia's top dining hot spots, Saké Restaurant and Bar, where he managed a team of 30 staff and acted as 'sake sommelier', whereby he conducted the training and tasting sessions for the team and public.

As part of his new role Matthew brings a fresh and exciting new dynamic to ABODE; high standards and a clear understanding of running and exclusive, upmarket restaurant. Matthew will oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant, strategic planning, staff- training and business performance.
