2015 Luxperience Deemed Most Successful to Date

Organisers of Luxperience have deemed this year's event the most successful yet. It had its largest attendance ever this year with over 1000 visitors, maintaining its continued year on year growth trend since its inception.
In its fourth year, Luxperience is Australasia's leading luxury and experiential travel trade exhibition and this year's forum (6-9 September) attracted 284 exhibitors from around the world – an impressive increase of 25 per cent on last year.
Maintaining its global focus the event gave exhibitors the opportunity to showcase their products to over 400 elite luxury and experiential travel buyers from Australia and key global markets. Seventy per cent of the buyers were new to Luxperience.
Anne Rogers, Managing Director, Wings Away Travel and Cruiseland, Melbourne
This year's Luxperience was such an improvement on previous years. It was excellent! The presentation of the venue and the suppliers was impressive.”
Luxperience 2015 kicked off with a Thought Leaders Forum and Welcome Cocktail Party at Sydney Town Hall for over 500 attendees and included 3.5 days of more than 30,000 appointments connecting influential buyers with a dazzling range of luxury and experiential travel products. The event culminated in a glittering Gala Dinner and Awards Evening at The Star, where the winners of the inaugural Luxperience 2015 Awards were revealed and next year's dates and venue were announced.
Helen Logas, Founder of Luxperience
“The feedback from exhibitors and buyers alike was that this year's Luxperience was the most inspirational and productive to date, with numerous leads generated and key relationships fostered in face-to-face meetings. We encourage luxury travel industry members to mark 18-21 September 2016 in their diaries - Luxperience will be returning in style to Sydney's Australian Technology Park for its fifth anniversary.”
David Rubin of DavidTravel, a Hosted Buyer from Southern California
"Wow...Luxperience was ideal!  I really wanted and got quality time with the top luxury suppliers, especially from Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and several other destinations, such as Bhutan and Papua New Guinea.  Moreover, my famil to the Southern Lakes region of New Zealand was over-the-top fabulous."
Luxperience 2015 continues its strong international flavour with delegates from Monaco, Italy, France, UK, Switzerland, Austria, North America, Argentina, Peru, Mauritius, Russia and South Africa joining those from Australasia, the Pacific and Asian nations such as Tahiti, Solomon Islands, Papua New Guinea, Bhutan, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Cook Islands.
New to this year's event was Events by Luxperience, expanding elements of the core exhibition specifically for the MICE market, which proved a hit with both buyers and exhibitors with many proposals for new business being requested during the 3.5 day workshop.
Jayson Heron, Director of Sales, The Star Sydney
“Luxperience 2015 was an excellent event for The Star Sydney, both in terms of the exhibition with the great quality of buyers from key target markets, and also the Gala dinner where we were able to showcase our Event Centre facilities, food and service to key luxury travel clients.”
“Luxperience's targeted approach to all invitees of the exhibition ensures it maintains quality of not only products but also participants, safeguarding its mandate of inspiring, meaningful connections,” continued Logas.   “This strong ethos will continue for Luxperience 2016, with plans are well underway for an explosive and motivating forum for our fifth anniversary edition.”
