Sail Bruny
Is there any better way to see Bruny Island than sailing? We think not! Fat Pig Farm
Feasting at Fat Pig Farm - now doesn't that sound like the perfect way to spend a Friday afternoon? Gourmet Farmer Matthew Evans and his family have opened their farm near Cygnet, south of Hobart, for a weekly feasting session featuring the best of their farm produce and sharing it around the big farmhouse table. Spots are $130 per person including a farm tour, long, lazy lunch and matched drinks. The cookery school is a hands-on workshop experience, over one or two days - you'll get to visit the pigs, raid the garden, and then bring the bounty back to the kitchen to cook it up and share together. Plus this summer they are taking feasting outdoors - $85 gets you a tasty hamper and the best of the farms bounty cooked on the BBQ. Malibu on the Beach
With a name like 'Malibu on the Beach' you know you're in for a summery, beach stay. When we say beach, we mean smack bang, right on the sand of Four Mile Creek Beach, on Tasmania's superb East Coast. Twamley Farm

Freycinet Experience Walk celebrate 25 years
Hold on to your hats art lovers, this is the itinerary to end all itineraries. To celebrate the 25th anniversary of Freycinet Experience Walk, they've teamed up with Mona and sculptor Peter Adams to create Art in Nature. First up is a night at the Mona Pavilions soaking up everything art. Mona is closed to visitors on Tuesdays so guests will enjoy a special and rare moment in the gallery practically alone, before enjoying drinks in The Void bar and dinner at The Source restaurant. Day two starts with an hour long flight to Freycinet Peninsula to check into the off-the-grid Friendly Beaches Lodge before a day of guided walking. Day three is full of art exploration as sculptor Peter Adams hosts guests at his property Windgrove, an art filled 100 acre coastal property bordering wild Roaring Beach, with views across Storm Bay to the Antarctic.
