Featuring a combination of 220 studios, studio park and studio park deluxe rooms, all equipped with modern full kitchens, chic furnishings, thoughtful appointments and Wi-Fi access, the Hotel caters to a wide market of corporate and leisure travellers who appreciate quality accommodation in a prime city location.

General Manager of Sales for Oaks Hotels & Resorts, Daniel Csortan, says he is thrilled with the level of interest the new property has received from both locals and visitors to Melbourne, with bookings for the first week and weeks thereafter exceeding expectations.

“Oaks on William is the perfect fit with our three other Melbourne properties and testament to its popularity as the city’s newest hotel, we are sitting at an impressively high occupancy for our first month of business,” he says.

“This is an exciting addition to Melbourne’s classically older hotel portfolio: fresh, contemporary apartment-style accommodation with an affordable price tag that is ideal for all types of travellers on both short and longer stays.”

Oaks on William is located at 350 William Street – set on the fringe of the legal, financial and entertainment precincts – and also offers stunning views over one of Melbourne’s most frequented parks, Flagstaff Gardens, providing a unique sense of tranquility in a city that never sleeps.

Guests will enjoy the Hotel’s superior onsite facilities including a mezzanine café and lounge bar, meeting rooms, fully equipped gymnasium and car parking.

Oaks on William is offering exclusive opening specials for Australian and international travellers visiting Melbourne, with studios available from $139 per night including a bonus late check out of 12.00pm (minimum two night stay).

Oaks on William’s central city address puts it in close proximity to some of Melbourne’s most popular attractions including the Crown Casino, Melbourne Aquarium, Melbourne Convention Centre, countless shopping hot spots, and iconic sporting arenas such as Etihad Stadium and Rod Laver arena.

A variety of public transport services are also located within walking distance from the Hotel, including the free City Circle tramline and train line.
