This follows last week’s announcement that he will hold a gala dinner to globally launch the project in New York on December 4.
Palmer said there has been ‘unprecedented worldwide interest’ in the New York event which will be held aboard the retired aircraft carrier USS Intrepid.
He said guests of honour in London will include Lord and Lady Boateng of Akyem, as well as representatives from Deltamarin and the CSC Jinling Shipyard.
He said guests will be served the same 11-course menu that was served to first-class passengers aboard the original vessel on April 14, 1912, which began with Rossmore Oysters and concluded with English Colston Bassett Stilton and Port Wine.
Entertainment is to be provided by the British Imperial Military Band and the Metropolitan Police Emerald Society Pipes and Drums.
A charity auction will be held during the evening, with proceeds going to the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award.
