Continuing with the Christmas spirit families will be able to enjoy a special curated Christmas dinner designed by Executive Chef Oswin Ribeiro. Guests enjoy a complimentary welcome glass of sparkling and a festive start of zucchini flower stuffed with goat cheese on cranberry coulis and a choice of entree, main and dessert.
Bistro Fax Restaurant will be open from 5.30pm for Christmas dinner, $95 per adult, $45 for children aged 4-12 years.
