Pullman Magenta Shores Resort has unveiled a new addition to its restaurant offering with the opening of Shallows Bar – a relaxed and casual all day alfresco dining experience overlooking the golf course.

The fully renovated contemporary space features all new furnishings and lounges and boasts a Wood Fired Pizza Oven on the outdoor terrace which is complemented by a Mediterranean-style pizza menu from Executive Chef Paul Clune.

Spring will see the launch of an extensive Grill menu which will sit alongside the restaurant's Tapastry menu, as designed by Pullman Culinary Ambassador, Justin North.

Located only 90 minutes' drive north of Sydney, the new dining space has all the right ingredients for an impressive culinary experience and 5-star getaway.

Pullman Magenta Shores Resort's recently refurbished 1, 2 and 3-bedroom villas come with separate lounge and dining area, fully self-contained kitchens, a laundry,  plus a large furnished courtyard and your choice of golf course, lagoon pool or garden views.

The resort boasts a Vie Spa day spa with five treatment rooms, an award-winning golf course, Barretts Restaurant and the newly unveiled, Shallows Bar.
