Days begin with long walks up an escarpment, along and back down along the Mara River with your trainer – all before midday. These have walks really get your heart pumping with inclining terrain as soon as you begin! This isn’t just a challenging exercise regime, it’s about having fun and being out in the wild as you get fit. You’ll pass by some fantastic views along the way and admire giraffe and zebra too.
