The newly opened Centara Passikudah Resort & Spa Sri Lanka is
set on beautiful Passikudah Bay, on Sri Lanka’s north-eastern coast, and offers
a wide range of facilities appealing to couples, families and those
longing for
active holidays. The shallow waters of the bay are ideal for swimming,
windsurfing and kayaking, while resort accommodation comprises 126 spacious

During the soft-opening period, Reef Café, the resort's all-day
dining restaurant offering breakfast, lunch and dinner is open, as is Aqua Bar,

Pool and beach front. Opening shortly will be Spice Market Restaurant, Spa
Cenvaree, the fitness centre, and the Bay Ballroom, which will have a capacity
of 150 persons.
The resort is most conveniently accessed at present via
Trincomalee Airport, the road journey taking 90 minutes, and with roundtrip
airport transfers available from the resort at the time of booking, at a
one-way cost of USD89 and USD 165 return per person. Flights into Batticaloa
Airport will become available
from 1 July 2013, with the road journey to the
resort taking just 40 minutes and the single fare costing USD75, or USD140
return.
