These have walks really get your heart pumping with inclining terrain as soon as you begin! This isn’t just a challenging exercise regime, it’s about having fun and being out in the wild as you get fit. You’ll pass by some fantastic views along the way and admire giraffe and zebra too. The escarpment walks will be timed every day, so you’ll be able to see how much you’ve progressed by the end of the programme. You’ll have a tasty al fresco breakfast en-route.
