Hong Kong Tourism Board Launches "Gourmet Month" After Wine & Dine Festival

HONG KONG – The Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) has launched "Hong Kong Gourmet Month," a November-long campaign involving more than 400 restaurants, bars and food and beverage outlets across the city. It follows the Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival, which drew more than 171,000 visitors.

The campaign offers limited-time menus, dining deals and special experiences under five themes. Participants in the festival received a "Gourmet Month Privilege Card," which unlocks more than 250 exclusive offers, including menu deals, discounts, welcome drinks and buy-one-get-one-free promotions.

HKTB Chairman Dr Peter Lam said the campaign extends the festival's benefits across the city and aims to encourage local spending and create business opportunities for the food and tourism sectors.

The five themes:

  • Wine-Pairing Award-Winning Restaurants Gala: About 15 top restaurants, including Michelin three-star Tang Court, two-star Arbor, and one-star Tosca di Angelo and Andō, are offering 15 wine-pairing menus available only during the month. Tosca di Angelo pairs dishes such as Mediterranean tuna and Hokkaido scallops with wines from Abruzzo, Marche and Sicily.
  • Taste More Hong Kong: More than 200 restaurants are offering lunch and dinner menus at up to 30% off. Participants include Michelin three-star Forum Restaurant; two-star Ying Jee Club and Bo Innovation; and one-star Hansik Goo, Man Wah, Shang Palace, Epure and Racines.
  • Late-Night Dining Guide: Nearly 80 brands and more than 100 outlets across districts including Central, Sheung Wan, Wan Chai, Causeway Bay, Tsim Sha Tsui, Mongkok, Sham Shui Po and Kowloon City are offering deals after 9pm. Venues range from dai pai dong stalls and hotpot restaurants to izakayas and fine dining. Some outlets in tourist areas will stay open until midnight or later.
  • Cocktail Fest Month: Thirty bars are featured across six themed routes. For HK$399, participants choose one route and three bars, redeeming a signature drink at each. Featured drinks include Tell Camellia's tea-infused "Iron Tea" and Bar Mind's "Sweet Potatoni."
  • Sip and Savour in LKF: More than 20 Lan Kwai Fong restaurants and bars are offering special food and drink deals, along with mixology workshops, retro-themed nights and DJ performances.
