Peppers resorts are now 'best in class' on the Gold Coast according to TripAdvisor reviews with both Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise properties reaching No.1 status.
First it was Peppers Broadbeach leading the way having sustained a consistent No.1 status in Broadbeach since opening in 2010 – now sister property Soul Surfers Paradise (Managed by Peppers) is sitting at the top of the class on TripAdvisor reviews for accommodation in Surfers Paradise.
Soul Surfers Paradise GM, Adam Taloni, was the former GM at Peppers Broadbeach and has obviously taken his winning formula for guests with him at his new post:
“The property has sat at number two since opening two and half years ago and since Peppers took over management we have really strived to take our service culture to an extra level - and it's worked! The team are really proud to be at the top of the TripAdvisor list in Surfers Paradise and now it's our goal to stay there.”
Soul Surfers Paradise (formerly Sea Temple) joined the Peppers brand under the management of Mantra Group in November 2013. Mantra Group is Queensland's largest resort operator and the Peppers brand is one of Australia's most distinguished hotel brands, celebrating its 30th year of operation in 2014.
