Today marks the dawn of a new era for the Sydney transportation scene with the launch of the Sydney airport-CBD luxury shuttle bus service – REDY2GO in early August 2014.
REDY2GO is operating a fleet of 10-seater Fiat Ducato long-wheel base buses on the service, each vehicle purpose-equipped with onboard Wi-Fi, TVs and driver-to-passenger communication systems.
The buses also feature pre-fitted luggage facilities which negate the need for trailers and effectively speed up passenger pick-ups and drop-offs.
Readily identifiable uniformed drivers in the company’s striking livery have been selected for their local knowledge enabling them to point out places of interest to passengers en route.
REDY2GO CEO, Paul Highams said the new service fills` what he described as a gap in the local airport-CBD transport market.
“There is really nothing between the limousines and various localised budget airport-shuttle bus services - we have taken the opportunity to fill it,” he said.
“We feel the timing is exactly right to launch this kind of service and we are confident the take-up for REDY2GO will be very positive as the word gets out.”
Booking can be made via 1300 2GO NOW (1300 246 669) or via the REDY2GO website located at www.redy2go.com.au.
