Accor to open new-build Sebel hotel in Parramatta in August 2026

Accor will open The Sebel Sydney Parramatta in August 2026, adding a 51-suite extended-stay hotel to its Western Sydney portfolio.

The new-build property, developed by Nirskam Group and managed by Accor, will be located on Victoria Road and offer studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites for short and longer-stay guests.

The hotel will include an all-day Italian restaurant, rooftop bar and terrace, 24-hour fitness centre, in-room dining, self-check-in kiosks, high-speed Wi-Fi, in-room casting and on-site parking. A small meeting room adjoining the rooftop terrace will cater for intimate corporate and private gatherings.

Accor Pacific Chief Operating Officer Adrian Williams said Parramatta’s growth as a business, cultural and visitor hub was driving demand for higher-quality accommodation with residential-style facilities.

Parramatta, the second-largest economy in New South Wales, is undergoing major public and private investment, including Parramatta Square, Powerhouse Parramatta, the redevelopment of Riverside Theatres and improved transport links. The city’s population is forecast to exceed 500,000 by 2050.

The hotel will be within walking distance of CommBank Stadium, Parramatta CBD and local dining precincts, with access to Sydney CBD and major Western Sydney business hubs.

The opening will lift Accor’s Western Sydney network to 22 hotels. Opening rates start from AUD 269 per night, with bookings available through ALL.com.
