The $100,000 upgrade included wall extensions to allow for additional space inside the centre as well as new decking allowing children to play outside under shelter.
Resort General Manager Peter Hopgood said that the refurbishment enhances the quality of products and services that the resort delivers to its guests on a day to day basis.
“This facility is key to the success of the resort providing a modern, spacious and safe facility for the kids to have fun in a caring environment,” he said
“Our Kids Club and Meimei Nanny Service is extremely popular and the upgrade allows us to meet continued demand for the services. The facility meets the high standard of child care that our guests are used to back home so they feel extremely comfortable having their children spend time there,” he continued.
“If the kids are happy and well taken care of, the parents are happy and everyone has a great holiday. We strongly believe in our mantra of 'happy guests' equals 'happy resort'!” he said.
A soft refurbishment of all guest rooms is also currently underway at the resort and is expected to be completed by the end of the month.
