offerings in Australia’s premier multi-use precinct.
The Pullman, Novotel and Ibis Sydney Olympic Park hotels offer a wide array of options for hosting major conferences, utilising state-of-the-art facilities. The commencement of a close collaboration with the surrounding venues such as Sydney Olympic Park Authority, Waterview, ANZ Stadium and Allphones Arena, has seen an expansion of Accor hotels conference space offering. Accessibility to the Park’s facilities has enabled the hotels to expand and craft unique experiences due to the variety and flexibility of the venues.
Scott Boyes, Vice-President Operations NSW & ACT said, “This is an exciting time for Accor hotels in the Sydney Olympic Park precinct. Being able to access the many specialty venues available gives us the opportunity to offer ideal tailored business events solutions for every client.”
“From a small executive meeting for 12 people up to a large delegate conference of over 500 people, we are able to develop innovative conference and event experiences.”
Recent such conferences were held for corporate giant Microsoft at Novotel Sydney Olympic Park. Microsoft held a VIP residential conference for 300 delegates across four days where both the Pullman and Novotel hotels accommodated the delegates.
The entire conference program stretched from meetings in the main conference facilities and dinners at Brewery Restaurant in the hotel, to an Olympic-themed team building activity around the vicinity grounds as well as a main gala dinner at ANZ Stadium.
In addition, the tailored hotel activation saw Microsoft branding around both hotels including decals along the stairway featuring the evolution of the Microsoft brand logo identity as well as the famous Microsoft coloured cube in various forms.
Novotel Sydney Olympic Park is now offering a standard day delegate conference package from $72.00 per person that includes a comprehensive food and beverage offering, venue hire, basic audio visual equipment and complimentary conference WiFi up to 5GB. Accommodation is also available from $199.00 per room per night inclusive of breakfast for one. Only valid for new bookings in 2014, subject to availability, as well as minimum numbers and spend.
A dedicated conference concierge will also be available for the duration of the event, which will streamline the entire experience, ensuring the effective delivery of the conference and events product.
With 212 rooms in the Pullman, 177 rooms in Novotel and 144 rooms in Ibis Sydney Olympic Park, Accor offers a range of accommodation to suit any overnight conference requirements.
