In Thailand,
Centara Reserve Krabi is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter. Set in a private cove overlooking the Andaman Sea, the resort will offer 120 rooms, suites and pool villas, along with lagoon pools, a spa and five dining venues. Nearby,
Navera Phuket – MGallery Collection will add a smaller-scale luxury option above Surin Beach. The 48-suite-and-villa resort will feature large-format accommodation, many with private pools, plus an ELEMIS spa and three restaurants.

Bangkok will also see the Thai debut of YOTEL with
YOTEL Bangkok Sukhumvit, due in the fourth quarter. Located within the Cloud 11 mixed-use development in South Sukhumvit, the hotel will focus on compact, tech-enabled stays, with SmartBeds, wireless charging, fast Wi-Fi, co-working areas and a 23rd-floor sky bar. Its proximity to the BTS network is expected to support both business and leisure demand.

In Malaysia,
Conrad Kuala Lumpur is planned for the city’s Golden Triangle. The 481-room hotel will include five restaurants and lounges, a rooftop pool, spa, indoor pool, fitness facilities and event spaces. Rates are expected to start from USD 245++ per night.

Vietnam’s 2026 pipeline includes two very different properties.
Meliá Serenity Cam Ranh Beach Resort, opening in the third quarter, will be a large beachfront development with 698 rooms, 40 villas and 64 bungalow-style units. Facilities will include eight food and beverage outlets, three pools, children’s and teenagers’ clubs, a spa, fitness centre and direct beach access. An all-inclusive option will also be available, with rates from USD 137++.

In Hanoi,
THE THEODORE HANOI is due to soft open in August 2026 ahead of a January 2027 grand opening. The independent 95-room hotel will overlook Hoan Kiem Lake from Le Thai To Street and include a restaurant, patisserie café, rooftop bar and 600-square-metre ballroom. Rates are expected to begin at USD 380++.
