Each carefully selected Host had to follow a detailed and extensive training programme provided by Paul Brown, formerly butler to the United Kingdom's Queen Elizabeth II. Centara Grand Suite and Villa Hosts who have completed training under Paul have been awarded the White Glove Certificate of Recognition, meaning they have achieved the highest standards of service that are required by a royal household.
Chookiat Hoijang, Suite Host at Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok, says that the training has prepared him for every aspect of this high standard of service and shown the importance of service personalisation.
