Captain Cook Cruises has joined forces with Australian country star Adam Harvey for this year's Turn Sydney Harbour Pink event. Adam will give a one-off intimate performance onboard the Sydney 2000 on Sunday 12th October, 2014 in support of the McGrath Foundation.

Captain Cook Cruises launched Turn Sydney Harbour Pink in 2013 and this year's event promises to be even bigger with Adam, an ambassador and friend of the McGrath Foundation, performing songs from his celebrated career including his new album "Family Life". The album, due for release on 22nd August, 2014 is a collection of personal stories and observations that will resonate with people of all ages from all walks of life.

With a career spanning almost twenty years, half a million album sales, gold and platinum albums and eight Golden Guitar Awards, this is a rare opportunity for fans to meet Adam and see him perform live in an intimate setting, while helping raise funds for a great charity.

Adam's country music performance also comes with million dollar harbour views aboard the spectacular cruise ship Sydney 2000 and a delicious two course lunch and drinks package.

An array of lucky door prizes including a three night Murray River Cruise for two people valued at $2450 and over $1000 of Sydney Harbour cruise tickets will be given away during the cruise.

According to Captain Cook Cruises, General Manager, Anthony Haworth,"This is the second year Captain Cook Cruises has turned Sydney Harbour pink for the McGrath Foundation and we couldn't be more excited that Adam has joined us to help raise money for this wonderful cause."

Every dollar over $50 per ticket is being donated by Captain Cook Cruises to the McGrath Foundation to help fund McGrath Breast Care Nurses in communities across Australia and to increase breast awareness in young Australians.

The Turn Sydney Harbour Pink with Adam Harvey cruise will depart from Jetty 6, Circular Quay at 12.30pm on Sunday 12th October, 2014 returning at 3.45pm.

Early Bird tickets are priced at $99 per adult, normally $129 and $69 per child (5-14yrs) when you book and pay before 15th September, 2014.
